Question posted in the General Law category relating to Gauteng

I have motor vehicle finance from Wesbank. A lady from Direct Axis contact me trying to bully me into taking insurance from them. I told her I already have fully comprehensive insurance and do not require their services. She told me she will mail me to confirm that I have insurance. This never happened. Today I discovered that WesbankDirect axisHollard have, without my consent, approval or any signed agreement from my part activated an insurance policy and amended my original purchase contract. I assume the activation of a policy without my consent is an illegal and fruactivities activity. To cancel this policy I am now blackmailed into sharing my current insurance's schedule with 3rd party insurance companies. Isn't this kind of extrortion also illegal?
