Question posted in the Property Law category relating to Gauteng
Good afternoon,
I was wondering if you could help me in advising on a question I have regarding body corporate decision at a complex I reside in?
I own a unit and have lived there for 9 years now. When I bought the unit, the garden had fences erected so it gave me a PVT garden area.
I have a small dog which the body corporate gave me permission to keep at the unit.
The body corporate recently sent a letter out stating all fences at all units will be taken down next year.
This will be an issue for me due to my dog – what rights do I have legally in this matter?
