Question posted in the General Law category relating to Eastern Cape
My parents were divorced in 2000 and the settlement entails living the property that is our home to us children and my mom will enjoy benefits of the property till death. They were married out of community of property and the property is in my father's name now my worry he has remarried and I am not sure whether its not in community of property. Now I need your expert advice on whether if he is married in community of property won't that affect the settlement agreement in case of his death? That is, will the property be affected?
