Question posted in the General Law category relating to Gauteng
Good day,
Can I be held responsable for a calim of something that happened in a company that I had sheres in before I had the shares without the knowlege of such a claim? I've sold my shares and wasn't aware of this claim.
Something happend in 2002, I bought shares in 2008 and sold it again in 2009. Now 17 years after this incident, a claim has come forth and I was contacted by one of the first and current shareholders stating that I must prepaire myself for this claim.
