Question posted in the General Law category relating to Gauteng
Good day.
I have recently sold a vehicle to a person. He paid a deposit (R10 000), and signed a contract, thar clearly states the vehicle is sold to him as is, to pay off the remainder of the money owed montly(R4 000) starting on the 30th of October. As soon as all the money has been paid off, he will recieve the vehicle's legal documents to transfer the vehicle onto his name.
As of yet, I have not recieved the monthly payment he owes me, using excuses that the vehicle isnt worth as much as he was paying due to the state the vehicle is in.
Could you please give me any advise regarding what I can do to force him to pay the money he owes me?
Kind regards
