Good Morning,
My name is Melissa, i need advise on Lanlord that is refusing to pay my deposit back becuase she holiding me liable for a swing door that swells up in different seasons and for a kitchen cupborad door that has fallen off not due to neglegence but due to wear and tear, my company has been going through a financial dip and the reslu of this was my rent being paid late, however my ecployer has requested her to send an invoice with penalty fees and they will take responsibility to pay this, but she is refusing and claims that we are harrasing her because we keep asking when can we expect our deposit paid.
please can you advise further.
