Good Afternoon I recently met with an attorney to sign an acknowledgement of debt in respect of rentals owing to her client. Signed and agreed to everything. she did not give me a copy and only emailed me a copy a few days later. Once recieved i saw 2 witness signatures on the AOD that were not present at the time of signing but it states clearly on the AOD "in the presence of the undersigned witnessess" Do i have any recourse? Is that legal? I have asked for the witness details and the attorney states if im not happy just come sign another AOD Please advise Thanks
