Question posted in the Property Law category relating to Eastern Cape
Good day
My mother passed away in April 2019 and didn't live a will she owns a RDP House. The only dependant my mother wrote for RDP House was my younger sister, my sister now says the house is legally hers and she is kicking me out our mother's house and she said she will call the police if she has to. The document she has is paper from the department of labour stating her as the only dependant. I would like to know if it's legal for her to kick me out our mother's house and where can i go to check if she's legally the owner our mothers RDP House?
Kind Regards
