Good afternoon,

I am a mother. My son had to go and live with his father's aunty as i had no mother and recently got a job.The person who made all arrangements during the meeting of negotiation for the stay of my chikd is my father and the guy's family therefore im not sure what exactly the truth is.

Recently we haave been fighting myself and the guardian of the child due to certain things she and the father of my child have been doing. For instance my child is only 4months old but he was taken to his father girlfriend to sleepover for more than 2days.When i confrot my father about their actions and taking my child back he does not show any interest. All he says is that if i tale the child i should move out of his house and find myself a place to rent and live with my son.He also says there is nothing he can do.

Therefore i i wou like advice on how to get my child back.I went to fetch him on Thursday and i was denied accesa to my child and thrown out of their house.I couldn't even touch or hold my child. Its been 2 to 3 weeks now i havent seen my child.
