Question posted in the Family Law category relating to Gauteng

I let my children stay with my father while i got onto my feet. I have full custody of my children. There have been many family disputes and mind games and intimidating against me. I want my children back but my father refuses to give them back and has now contacted childware against me because i want my children back or to at least have fair visitation. I have contributed to them financially when possible and i see them as often as i can which they make extremely difficult. This has become an extremely emotional rollercoaster for me and i find the verbal agreement between my father and i has become very one sided. I dont wanna cause a big fight over my children as my parents did to me so i feel very scared when making decisions. I please need advice on a way to go forward.
