Good day
The seller is abroad in Australia and although active on social media she does not respond to emails, telephone calls or whatsapp messages. Her bankers requested acknowledgement of debt to be signed, which she did, however, she has changed their figures. This is hindering the property registration on to my name
I have made full price payment, transfer cost and also monthly payments since June 2019. As the seller is in breach of contract, I was told to either cancel the deal and look for another property.
Why should I, as I am happy and settled and need to know my legal rights and further action to take.
