What is the difference between getting divorced (will be contested) in a regional court vs high court please?
My husband and I have been married 13 years amd I am intiating the divorce. We have two children 7 and 5 years old. My husband is likely to contest for primary care. No other major disagreements forseen.
1. Are the costs of representation different and if so, by how much more or less?
2. Can a divorce decree issued by regional be appealed to high court or are both processes final?
3. Any other differences one should consider when deciding between the two?
