Hi. I am still married to my wife, under Islamic laws, but we are separated. My wife lives with her mother not far from me, who is very controlling. I want to visit my daughter and fetch her on a regular basis but most of the time i am denied this out of spite. There are times when i fetch her and she has slept over twice and there are times i visit her. Then there are times when my wife and mother in law make it hard for me to even see her out of spite. I am tired of this and it is affecting my daughter as well. I want to know what it would cost to draw up a legal document stating when she can come to me at appropriate stable times and make it an order of court. Please assist me with the best way to move forward. As a father I have to try for the sake of my daughter we are very close.
