I have been issued a notice to attend a disciplinary hearing on the 14th of November 2019. On the 15th of November 2019 I was to sign a letter of suspension with pay and the date was for the 22 November 2019 at 9am to undergo hearing as per the documented letter on the 14th. I attended and founf my manager i report to and the labour officer that was a consultant. Both stated that there is no hearing. I did mention that it makes no sense not to hear my side as stipulated on the disciplinary. They never respected my request. They stated I will be contacted by HR. I sent 3 email requests to all. I was contacted after 4 days today to state there will be a meeting held between HR and myself. Do you think this is fair. I have been suspended and a person has been placed in my position from the 18th of November 2019.
