Renting property and rent was paid full on 6th December 2019. We had an aggreement to pay the deposit in installments. We are in the process to pay. But now the landlord gave us notice to vacate on 31st December 2019. We painted the interior and repaired quite a lot of faults. But as time passed, a lot of faults emerged that the landlord did not disclose. She is reluctant to repair and we are at risk ( health wise) due to these faults. What do we do? And is she lawfully able to give us 22 days' notice?
