. I would appreciate assistance in an urgent matter. Me and my baby of 1year 10months had to move suddenly away from his father as he was being abusive towards me and my other children. This was about 6 months ago. Ive taken my son to see him twice for a week or so for him to still know his father. He is settled here and in a good routine and doesnt know his father so well as to go anywhere with him. Now he is stating he just wants to come fetch him for 3 weeks and go to another province. He has never made bottles or changed his nappy. Never wanter to bathe or feed him and has made him fall and hurt himself twice as well as numerous other things. He still keeps insulting me and scaring me with threats. He also was arrested for drunk driving about a month ago and he cant see well which he admits to stand up for him at night. Im worried for my childs safety i know for a fact he will not be safe to go with his father. Does he have the right to just come take him? We were never married and theres no court order in place.
