Question posted in the General Law category relating to Gauteng
Good day. My daughter signed an employment contract for a teaching position due to start in Jan 2020. She has subsequently receibed another offer to sign contract with another school. She would like to accept the 2nd offer. Can she cancel the signed contract. She has not started work yet. Contract states 3 month probation period and 3 month notice period. Thank you
