Question posted in the Family Law category relating to Western Cape
How do I go about getting maintenance for my children, I have 2 daughters aged 5 and 2 years old. Their father has never contributed since he left. Which was when I was still expecting my second child. Hence his name is not on the second child's BC. Does this mean he is only liable to pay maintenance for our first child?
