Hello my late husband had a farm which he inherited from his father over 30 years ago an it was our source of income for the whole those years, the problem came when tribal council and the chief give my in-laws the farm without my knowledge , without any written notice , I took the matter to court I won the matter now because it's a communial land I need  proof of farming and letter of ownership they refuse citing they need to consult my in laws first, I wanna take legal action against the tribal council and the chief I wanna sue them for the income I lost an emotional damage, they cause for me and my children
