Iam suspended at work becuase i was admitted on the 20th December 2019 and reported to my manager and she replied to acknowledge by saying get well.Now in January when i go back to work i get a suapension letter and they never even asked for my medical certificates or anything.Dey jst said i went awol.what procedure can i follow to protect my job

It all depends on whether you told them that you were admitted to hospital, or not. You need to let your employer know if you can't work, otherwise they will assume that you are AWOL.
