Question posted in the Criminal Law category relating to Free State
I was sentenced in 2016 to ten years and was whollely suspended for 5 years with a R10 000 fine as well,so I would like to know if I can request an expunsion of my criminal record....and it was for fraud and intervention of immigration act.
