In March last year while I was away working my wife sent me an email stating that she wants a separation and that when I return I will not be welcome to stay in the family home any longer... Immediately I went to see a lawyer who advised me that I need to leave the house as it is in her name.on the strength of this I returned and went home to my 2 young children who did not understand why I am not staying at home any longer,... I decided to do more research and found out that what she has done was actually not legal and went to see a family lawyer who advised me to move back home, which I did... my wife then got an interdict against me and again I left the home... a few days later she withdrew the interdict against me when I reminded her about the seriousness of lying under oath... I voluntarily left to go and stay with my sister as I had nowhere else to go... I am now far from my children and they miss me terribly and I them.. She has asked for a divorce but we are still legally married.. This has been very traumatic to the kids and myself. I want to now take legal action against her...bit can't afford it as I haven't been able to work since I left our home where I had my own bussiness.. Please advise me as to my rights...
