Good day. I'm wondering if I have a case against the property owner that I am renting from? A lock has been giving me trouble since 2018. The lock was replaced December 2019. 19 days later the lock was again not in working order. The estate agents wanted me to pay R2000.00 for the lock as per a quote from the same person that replaced the lock. I got another handyman to replace the lock for R850.00 as I could not open the gate (back of the simplex). I have been requesting payment of the R850.00 since 16 January. I am getting no replies from the Estate Agents. I contacted the owner directly who said that he would contact the agents on 27 January and "if warranted" will pay the expense to me. I would really appreciate your assistance. Cecile Augustyn 0662631325
