Hi, my husband and bought land in one of the rural land reforms. We bought the land from the traditional leaders, obviously we didn't get a title deed. We decided to build a house on the land. Now we are dirvocing and i wanted us to sell the property and share the money as we are married in community of property. My husband refuses to that and i also want to know if it is possible for us to sell this property since its under traditional leaders. I have invested too much on this house, i cant just walk away with nothing, i used up all my retirement funds to build thid house.
