Question posted in the Family Law category relating to Gauteng
I'm currently seperated from my husband, we have a minor child together. I was recently retrenched, husband dismissed from work. Our child resides with me with no contact or access with the father due to a protection order and assualt case that i took out against him. He is residing with his mother. Seeing that Im retrenched i will most likely have to rent out my house and move in with my family
Given my situation, will he be able to demand shared residence seeing that we will both be in the same situation, jobless and residing with family
