We are approximately the 4th owners of this property who are faced with the same problematic person who is well known in the Verulam SAPS.
We and this man share only one wall which separates the both properties.
This man has done a lot of wrong by harassing, intimidating, bangs the supporting wall, complains to athority for no reason. His been a peeping tom who video rise us violating our privacy and constantly uses vulgarity towards us.
We have a protection order against him however the polices state that they can only warn him which is not fair and his also falsely accusing me for no reason.
His given out my personal information over the call including the times we leave and return home . Look this list goes on and on
