I had a problem with my car and I was referred by an ex-collegue to a mechanic to check myh car at first I did not want the guy to remove my car at myh house but he convinced me he must tow it to his place to get it checked.....after 3 weeks he came with unscrupulous stories of things I must buy then I claimed he must bring my car back then after a month went to his place found my car parked at the street with the whole top out meaning he stripped my car when I demanded the key he claimed the key is lost till today...due to the nature of the work I do I want to pursue a legal action against this guy coz clearly he sold some of my parts and he wanted me to buy parts for my car which he knows he stripped off thinking I am stupid enough when I gave him my car 2 months it came back from my mechanic to get it fixed but it had the similar problem I took it to my mechanic whom I paid R9000 and this mechanic that I was referred to by my ex-colleque quoted me parts for R12000 but he said it was only the piston that was cracked.....how do I get this guy to get my car in order and my key I tried police intervention since I stated my job is very demanding
