Question posted in the Family Law category relating to Gauteng

My brother's ex-girlfriend is certifiable. She has a protection order agaist him but she has been following him and his daughter, contacted all his friends to try get them back together, caused him to lose his job, and most recently had him arrested when he cofronted her at a garage to ask her to leave him alone.

My question is, what happens if the accuser violates a protection order? Or provokes the accused?
