Question posted in the Consumer Protection Law category relating to Gauteng

I tattooed a few different pieces on a person, and charged them R1 000 for everything, including call out fee and touch ups. I am now unable to complete the tattoo, and have offered her. 50% refund. She has accepted and then later said no as the tattoos would cost more to be done and touched up which I understand as other artists do charge more than what I do. Although it is only 1 touch up, a piece of her arm that has to be completed and a name that has to be added to her arm. The work already done is worth more than R1 000. She has stated that she can get quotes from other artists and I can pay the one I can afford, unfortunately financially I am not able to but I am willing to refund her the full R1000 that was paid for all the tattoos. My question is, after refunding her the full amount - can I still be held liable?
