I am divorce for more than a year but am still waiting for my share.My lawyer says there's nothing he can do because it's out of his hands.What am I to do now.I am unemployed right now and can't afford a lawyer.

I see that you haven't made a payment for the question, but I'm going to assist you a little. If you want to ask a follow-up question, please make the required payment.
If your ex-husband was supposed to pay you money in terms of your divorce order, then you can get the court to issue a warrant of attachment for movables, and the sheriff will attach some of his stuff and sell it so you can get your money.
