I have a bond with fnb I lost my job and couldn't make payment for a few months I now have been summons to court but just before I received the summons I paid R10000 and will be paying R3000 extra pm. Will I loose my house

I see that you haven't made a payment for the question, but I'm going to assist you a little. If you want to ask a follow-up question, please make the required payment.
There is case law which says that if you catch up the arrears on your bond before the bank can take a judgment, then the court is NOT allowed to grant the judgment, and your bond account is automatically revived.
