Good day. I purchased a property and on the day we moved in the geyser was not working and kept tripping the main. I called the previous owner who advised that we contact the company who performed the Electrical Certificate on the property. When I did, the company sent an electrician that was in the area. Who advised us that it is a plumbing problem. They offered to repair, but we were not sure of the insurance that would cover the problem. A month later we get a bill for the call out charge. There was no communication that there would be a call out fee as we were not informed. Now they are demanding payment. Please advise?
