Hi, I'm asssiting a client (farmer) that has an employee on his farm that doesn't work for him anymore, busy with CCMA case.the employee contract clearly states that the employee has 30 days notice to vacate the property and housing after end of employment.
the end of employment started 1st February and still the employee has not showed up for work, in other words he does not work for the farm anymore.he refuses to leave the farm, what steps can we take?
Please note the employee only worked for 4 years on the farm so he does not qualify for the 10 year livving rights.
