Hello. My name is Lungelo and I would like to start a crowdfunding platform and also use some of the funds to start my business along with funding other start ups.  I would like to know how should one go about doing such in South Africa.  I've done research that states that one would have to register a public company because you would be issuing stocks to the general public. Is the a way around it ? Maybe starting up multiple private companies instead? And what form of contracts would I need in place to protect myself , my interest and anyone involved ? What form of agreement should be in place between me and the people funding the platform?

In case you want to contact me directly
