I received a lawyers letter from my landlord.
I merely contacted the apartment owner, informing him of the landlord and how she does not respect my privacy by setting viewings for the apartment in the mornings. I used the words " It is inconsiderate" " If it happens again I will lay a complaint with the humans rights department".
The Landlord then replies to the email I sent to the owner, which was interesting. She warned me of slandering her name and that I will receive a lawyers letter because this is a PRIVATE matter.
The lawyers letter states that If I do not withdraw my statements in formal writing in 2 days ,I will be arrested.
Can this happen? What are my rights?
