Question posted in the General Law category relating to Western Cape
This guy we know has sent nude images and sexual text messages of himself to underage and younger girls (some as young as twelve). We have obtained screenshots and voice messages sent from his number to the girls and these have been posted onto Twitter, The people who posted these are now being threatened by him with legal action for defamation and the like
is it possible for those people to get into legal issues even though they're trying to help and are exposing the sexually explicit texts and nude images as well as this man trying to obtain nudes from young girls below sixteen years of age?
