Good Day,
My Nmae is Ephraim. I jsut wanted to ask a quick question around property ownership.
If a house was left in my name by my parents and was sold by my uncle(illegally) while i was still young(10 years old), what is the process of claiming it back when the titlle deed has already changed to the buyer's name.

You need to apply to the High Court to have the sale set aside on the basis that your Uncle didn't have the power to sell the property.
