Good Day.

My friend entered into a competition last year whereby he created a prototype and entered into a government competition last year.

Its 2020 and no winner was announced but the prototype is being used in the disbursement of the relief grant funds. I was not contacted about this. The competition's T's & C's can be altered by the people who made the competition

also, in my team there was an individual working for a SETA , this makes it difficult to figure if the individual used the idea as his or the government stole the idea.
