Good day.
I would like some clarity regarding what a landlord can and can't expect from tenants during the process of eviction. I researched that it could take months to process.Can you please give a list of any and all Do's and Don'ts for both the landlord and tenant.
Questions
Can the landlord demand everyone to be present meetings or can a representative of e tenants attend?
Can the landlord demand we open the door for them to do structural repairs to their place from our place we sleep in? (Our shack is linked to the main house)
Can the landlord lock us out of the property under false pretenses? Before the Sheriff of the Court has handed us our Order of eviction?
Can the landlord sell the property before an eviction order has been handed over by the Sheriff of tge the court?
What legal acts are in play during an eviction? Any and all information is most welcome.
