Dear Attorney,

I have been staying with my partner form 2010 and the only thing we have done was for him to pay Lobola. We have bought over the years a couple of items together.
I have recently found out he has been unfaithful to me and its not for the first time.

There is nothing binding us except the lobola issue. What will happen when we separate?

Assets: 2 Bedroom Townhouse, in his name
Audi A4 (I contribute R3500 every month to the car)
Furniture in the house
