Good day

I need some advice to what to do with my problem. Last night my husband and i and are two boys decided to buy some KFC for dinner. We got home, sat down to eat and one of the boys said to my mommy there is something in my chicken. I took it from him and saw that it was a human nail inside the chicken. My husband was very upset and we went back to the KFC to speak to a manager. They only want to refund us, but i feel that this is not right how many people are eating KFC every day and don't know what theye are eating. Can someone help my i have the slip and the nail, the branch manager phoned us and asked us for the nail to do test, but i know the moment they got it we have nothing to proof.

Please help us Annetjie
