Good day
I would like to ask questions based on my late father. He left no will so we have letter from masters office , so today they told us we cannot be able to claim all his money from the banks since it is more than 200,000. So from now on who can assist us as a family since he did not write any will.

If his estate is worth more than R200,000, then you can't use the Master's Representative letter (which only applies to section 18(3) estates), you need to tell the Master that the estate is worth more than that, and the Master needs to take back the Master's Representative letter and needs to appoint an Executor.
The banks will listen to the Executor.
