Question posted in the Consumer Protection Law category relating to Gauteng

We have a contract with Cell C that averaged about R700 each month. In the last 4 months, this account has risen to R16000 - because of data usage. We have requested the IP addresses and it is clear these addresses are from hackers. We have send this to Cell C, but they are not willing to investigate it. We are now receiving threatening phone calls that they will hand this account over. We have a clear record, and this will ruin it. What can we do?
