Question posted in the General Law category relating to Gauteng
OnAIR tv offered me Explora that i have to pay 160 pm for 24 months,they promised to send someone to install it for me.Nothing happened until today but the amount of 160 hasd been deducted from my account.please help what shoul i do

I see that you haven't made a payment for the question, but I'm going to assist you a little. If you want to ask a follow-up question, please make the required payment.
You need to get hold of them and demand that they install the unit. Otherwise, you must get somebody yourself and then claim the costs back from them.
