Hi I have a property in Gauteng, but live KZN. I have had 3 tenants not paying and have moneys owing from them and need to get it collected but don't know how to get the moneys from them, what can I do and how and where?

I also have the last tenants whom the agent has the depoit and has not paid the deposit and the tenant also has an outstanding amount owing on the rental and utilities, it has now gone over 18 days since they moved out because their lease was finished and I refused to renew. what is my recourse and how do I get my money from both?
