How much should i get for retrenchment if i work for a company more than 5 years

I see that you haven't made a payment for the question, but I'm going to assist you a little. If you want to ask a follow-up question, please make the required payment.

You should get - 

1) 2 weeks notice pay

2) Outstanding leave pay

3) Severance pay equal to 1 weeks' wages for every year of service, so in your case it would amount to 5 weeks' wages.
