Good evening I have a problem with a friend of mine ,he got the car for me via finance using his name.I have been paying for this car since 2018 Nov till to date Now that he sees that I have been paying it for sometime , he wants to take it away from me using the excuse that I skipped a payment ,mind you that I have been paying the car finance ,service ,insurance for this car .He falsely reported this car to the police as stolen ,which is pledgery on its own .If he wants this car , I want him to pay every cent I spent on this car dating from Nov 2018 to date else the car must remain with me and let me continue paying as per our verbal agreementThe car has been impounded by the police as we speak Kindly communicate further Kind regards
