Question posted in the General Law category relating to Gauteng

I baught a car from Mahindra Vanderbijlpark. It has a few diesel leaks which they are stil working on and I saw that the engine mountings are also damaged. Now they tell me it went through roadworthy so they not gonna replace it and at the back of the vehicle the paint makes small bubbles(about 4 or 5) and on top of that bubbles the paint is cracking. They dont want to fix it because they dont want to respray the whole panel. What is my rights. Can they refuse do do those things?
