Question posted in the General Law category relating to KwaZulu-Natal
Good day my child has twice had money taken out of her bank acc. According to the bank they will not reimburse her as they say she did it. THe most recent one she personally went into the bank to desposit and was told she had to wait as they had to unblock her account first, they took her money to deposist it later. This was never done it was apparently put into someone else account. THey are refusing to re-imburse her as they say it was her fault. My child is now scared to log a case at the police station has she was told by the fraud dept that they would arrest her. She is traumitised by the threats she has received from the fraud dept of this bank. Pse can you advise how do we pursure this externally.
