I reside in South-Africa and would just like to find out if I had a back injury 7 years ago and injured my back at work, to the extent that it is worse now. Is there any thing I can do to claim any money from the company and if so how do I go about? As well due to my injury I was told by my Neurosurgeon to do light duty but have not received a report stating that I should do this my employer stated I must go home and get better verbally but did not state if its paid or unpaid?
